I would like to give 0 stars. Please customers read this review. We placed an order in June 2023 and knew it would take some time to come in. It stated the bed would deliver in September. September passed and I called for the first time to the company. No one picked up for customer service line. Found a way to get through if you press new sale they pick up quickly. Don’t buy anything! The customer service is inexistant, unless you’re lucky enough to live close to a store! Ive been trying for two weeks to get a return label for some pillows I bought for a client and I still haven’t heard back. I tried calling, after over an hour waiting to speak to someone, literally over an hour, I gave up. They make it impossible for you to return things!
