Horrible customer service!!! Read to find out how to get you – First I should say that Z gallery was my favorite store for years. That was until I bought a very expensive sofa from them and had to deal with delivery and customer service. Wow! I mistakenly thought that since they are a chain and have beautiful stores, that would mean quality product and service. Wrong! I ordered a sofa for almost $1500 and two months later it arrived.
