I called to make sure that the vases I need are still available in the store, a rude Afro American lady replied with an attitude first come, first serve, I tried to ignore it and I explained that I live 50 minutes away from the store and I needed to make sure if they are still available, she responded with the same answer, first come, first serve (same attitude). It’s a shame that their customer service has down the hill, I don’t think it takes more than two minutes to help their customers kindly, I have never had any issues... read more
