Poor customer service. Posted store hours indicate the location opens at 11 am on weekdays. When we arrived, three sales associates were standing around at 11:05 am with the door still locked and just stared at us while we knocked on the window. That seemed unprofessional but we were still willing to give it a shot after we had to ask them to open the store. We were met with a lukewarm smile and then no one asked us if we needed help. What a find! Walked in on a shopping day and was very impressed with the unique and affordable collection. Specifically want to shout out Phillip: he was so accommodating, cheery, and fun! Highly recommend if you're looking for statement pieces to take your home to the next level.
