Got a flat tire on my e-bike yesterday. Called today, and was told to bring in my bike. Took 20 minutes! They also found a piece that was bent, that wasn't repaired by another shop the last time my bike was in. Straightened that also so it wouldn't cause shifting issues, nor wear the chain. Super friendly! Highly recommend.

Had an Aventon Pace 500.3 eBike with persistent squeaky disc brakes. Drove me nuts! Called Z-Best Bikes and John hooked me my up with a pair of brake pads that do not squeak. All good now. Thanks.

John was so helpful in finding me a company that I could order the charger that I forgot to pack for my Ebike. He did the research and linked me to the company seamlessly. You don’t often find that kind of customer service in this internet age, and I’m so happy for your assistance. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Called to ask about getting the tire fixed on my e-bike. John said he was out on a call and would call me back. Called again next day (because he didn’t call back). Thankful I called instead of driving the 50+ miles 1 way. Guy was rude, said he didn’t have one. Never offered to order me one. Great customer service, not.
