Absolutely the best repair facility I have ever dealt with, and there's been a few cuz those trees keep movin' into the way! Had a crash today and needed the drone for another project two days from now, and with a quick over the phone diagnosis they recommended bringing it in. I had such a great experience at YYC Repairs. My HP laptop had water damage and I honestly thought it was going to be a huge hassle and very expensive to fix. The team here surprised me because they diagnosed the problem right away, repaired it super fast, and barely charged me anything for the service. Having some problem with my samsung tablet, didn’t use jt for a while and can’t turn it on, figured the problem in 2 min, seems like my charger doesn’t work, they let me to charge my ipad for free if it doesn’t work really nice customer service!!
Horrible experience with these guys. First of all, I called this company asking for the price of water damage repair because my phone was glitching after dropping it in a small puddle for 2 seconds. I was quoted $75 along with a $50 refund guarantee if the repair doesn’t work just for me to get to the store and the actual price is higher than what I was quoted - so unprofessional!! Was there last Monday as screen was coming out from corners. I was mentioned that there is battery issue, and suggested a alternative solution as applying glue. He applied glue and ask me to keep the phone with rubber band. Anyhow the screen got out within 15 min leaving shop, though rubber is still there. **And was charged 42 Dollar just to apply glue.
