had a very disappointing experience at this head spa. The staff were unprofessional, and no one spoke or understood English, which made the entire visit frustrating and uncomfortable. She told me to speak into her phone so that the phone can translate. The facility did not seem clean—the water had a musty smell, and nothing felt properly sanitized.
