Just horrible all around. The cons outweigh the pros tenfold. Something needs to be done because it’s out of control and sad they don’t live to the organization’s goals and promises. “The YWCA of Western Massachusetts is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.” They literally do the opposite of everything claimed here. I had a medical emergency when I was there and they stole everything I owned
Couldn’t help but notice how very unfriendly some of the women that work here truly are, given the fact that they are working with abused women. Just goes to show how these agencies hire just about anyone it isn’t about compassion or a point of care it’s all about making the money. As the prior review stated, Shame On You!
