Highly unprofessional and combative advocates. The purpose of a "trauma informed" system is to not re-traumatize a victim. When requesting the Director to file a grievance about the discrimination, advocates become snippy, rude, and condescending. They spoke to me like a child repeating the same sentence over and over. This is a complete violation of their policy requirements for OVW grant funding.
