If I could I would've rate this place a ZERO star to begin with. My family and I were placed here at YWCA by DHS because we were homeless. They were charging a ridiculous amount for a DAILY LIVING FEE Only because my husband worked. Which it made it unable for him to save up for an apartment them asking to pay almost 400 weekly for what??? A studio looking with a non working tv, they didn't provide no type of food, NOTHING! also the worst part they knocked on the door every morning, and night if you didn't open the door in t... read more

I was there for about two months Ratchonda the team lead would treat me like I was worst then nothing being pregnant and with my 2 y/o I had high blood pressure needed to go to the hospital she didn't lift a finger to take my daughter to crisis nursery thing that they supposed to do days prior to give birth she just told me I have to pack my things if no they where going to take them to the trash After I give birth she had a whole attitude towards me the I didn't understand I was doing everything that I needed to do to stay ... read more

When you are in need the help is available. I see a lot of complaints on this post. You should count yourself lucky that this place was there to help you. An ungrateful person is worst than a thief.
