Drove to store from near airport where I live (location found on website and google)... it was empty. No mention of it being closed online, just that there was a closing sale with product availability still. Messaged store on Facebook and was ignored. No answer by telephone.
Unfortunately the sectional I bought is hardly a couch anymore. Completely worn down after a year.
It's a shame this store is closing. We had a great experience with the owner during the clearout. I think they will still sell out of a warehouse for a while, and it would be worth looking at what they have if true. Excellent customer service and military friendly.
I bought a sectional less than a year ago. The recliners stopped working which is under warranty. I have placed 5 calls over the past 3 weeks. Nobody has gotten back to me and it doesn't seem like they care. They already got the purchase even though they stressed to me if anything happened it would be taken care of. Do not purchase from here.
