Yvonne was great when helping me with some phobias. She took a bespoke approach, gave me flexibility on how we used the session whilst also introducing me to therapies and I felt instantly comfortable. You can tell Yvonne cares about her work! I would highly recommend to anyone interested in some of the therapies Yvonne offers but would also recommend to anyone who is interested to just talking as this part was really and surprisingly impactful.

I went see Yvonne because I was overwhelmed, overworking and sinking with family responsibilities. I was unable to grieve my mother properly and I was hurting immensely. I had tried several times over the years to stop smoking, but the urge still remained and always ended up back to smoking quite quickly. I chose hypnotherapy after it being recommended to me, I found Yvonne and took the plunge. She was amazing, finding out quite quickly what to tap into with me. I had 4 sessions with Yvonne and all I can say is WOW! I have tried multiple forms of therapy/counselling over the last 5 years and nothing landed with me quite like Yvonne. Her kind, caring, non judgemental, open nature makes it so easy to communicate how you're feeling and what you want out of each session.
