We decided on an investment property in the Tucson area. In this market we had to act fast once we found one we wanted. Our wonderful realtor Susanne Grogan put us in touch with Yvette at Altitude. She was great in facilitating our loan process and kept in touch throughout the process. I highly recommend her team. Both she and Kathy were easy to work with and we feel confident we would use them again for our next investment!
The only negative was that we were required to get an appraisal for a $100,000 loan on a $750,000+ home. Altitude tried to get it waived with no luck.
