Subject: Urgent Complaint – Unprofessional Conduct by Security Guard I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a security guard’s unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the guard falsely claimed to be the supervisor himself. This kind of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable and wasted my time.
