DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! My mom was a loyal customer for years, and yesterday she went in for her usual massage and left with bruising/marks ALL OVER HER BACK. Went in for a full body massage and foot reflexology- 2 hr treatment. I have to say this is the most disappointing place I have been to for a massage. The lady who “massaged” me only used her forearm “rubbing” me all over. Not a single finger was used to work on my muscles. It was like she was just rubbing oil all over my body for 2 hours. When I tell you its disappointing it was super disappointing. Well experienced therapist, very satisfied!
The first time I went I was suffering with sciatica. I was totally pain free after a 90 min massage with Linda. My second visit on Thursday was HORRIBLE! The masseuse had a terrible cold, sniffing snot the WHOLE time. The next day Friday I wake up with a scratchy throat, by Saturday I have a horrible cold! My Christmas is ruined, doctor’s appts have to be cancelled. That was the most unprofessional treatment I have ever had.
