上田さんの懇切丁寧なサポートのおかげで、無事、永住権を取得することができました。 同水準のサービスを提供しても、利用する側の常識・理解力や受け止め方には差があるため、極稀に不満を抱く方もいらっしゃるのかもしれませんが、大半の方が高評価をつけている通り素晴らしいサービスだったと思います。 永住権申請は審査期間が長期に渡り、その間にカナダ政府の方針が突然変更になったり、個々の審査官の判断によって追加書類の提出を求められたり、日本の行政サービスでは考えられないようなことが起こることが往々にしてあります。 (例えば私の場合、初回コンサルテーション時に、既に年齢が高かった私でもIELTSでOverall 7.5以上を取ればExpress Entry(オンライン)での永住権申請が可能であるとのアドバイスをいただいたため、猛勉強の末、5回目のIELTS受験で何とか7.5を獲得し申請したのですが、カナダ政府の審査官に審査を半年間放置され、その後「審査期間中に年齢区分が変わり合計ポイントがExpress Entryの基準を満たさなくなったため、紙ベースでもう一度初めから申請し直すように」という、これまでの努力をあっさりと否定する無慈悲な連絡が届きました) こうい... read more

Yumi was very supportive all throughout the process, and mind you this included the delays caused by Covid 19! Knows exactly what to fill and very thorough with advice on preparing supporting documents, to ensure that the application went as smoothly as possible! Yumi also kept us up to date with updates on news related to the immigration process, like the Covid updates as well as the federal workers strike, so we weren’t worried about missing deadlines.
