I called to inquire about their legal services, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. As soon as I introduced myself, the call was disconnected before I could ask my question. Assuming it may have been a mistake, I called back, only to have the same thing happen again. This came across as very unprofessional and discouraging.
일년전에 요청한 건에 대한 내용을 아직도 재대로된 답변을 얻지 몼했습니다. 변호사님과 통화를 요청하면 안계신다고만 하시고 제 주변에 물어보니 저랑 같은 케이스를 진행한 사람들은 벌써 결과를 받았은데 왜 저는 이렇게 오래 걸리는지 모르겠습니다..지금 현재 어디까지 됐는지만이라도 정확히 알려주면 좋을텐데 거이 다 된거같으니 조금만 더 기다리라는 답볍밖에 못얻으니 답답하네요..
