Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. She told me to be there at 1:00 PM, yet when I arrived, no one was there or the door wasn’t opened. To make it worse, she didn’t even answer the phone. A complete waste of my time.

No English. Edit: After the business responded with slander I now feel obligated to elaborate further. I called in to inquire about notary service cost for one document. The phone exchange went as followed: Business: bueno, buenas tardes Me: Hi how much is it for notary for one document? Business: NO ENGLISH, NO ENGLISH, NO ENGLISH. I went to this notary after work because it said they were open 24 hours. When I got there, there was a sign on the door that said their hours were 9 to 6. I got there around 5:50 PM, but there was already a closed sign on the door. I started to walk back to my car, but I saw someone enter the business, so I turned around and rang the doorbell, but then nobody answered.
