Great place to purchase a business unit from about 3,000 sq. ft. to 24,000 sq. ft. About 20 years ago my brother's law firm purchased a unit here, so I am very familiar with the buildings. Prior to the Irvine Company's aka Donald Bren's son developing and selling these units, these were cow pastures. So no worries about any contaminated underground bullshit here. 👍👍
Well, I don't know too much about the capabilities of this law firm but I do know that the lead partner drives like a maniac in his blue Tesla with license plate yun law. Cut me off on the exit at Bake and 405. Very dangerous driver, nobody behind me, could have easily come in behind me to turn. Since his office is on Bake he clearly knows what he's doing.
