Terrible customer service when it comes to calls. I've attempted to make contact with a person to ask them some questions about a traffic ticket, and this is my first ever one so I have no clue what I'm doing, just fumbling around trying to gather what I know and if you don't answer 10 seconds fast enough they just hang up on you, and whenever you try and call back they just make the computer say that they are currently busy. I paid an outstanding fine six months ago was told I would be released from the national computer. I took the abstract to the department of motor vehicles. Myself was then told I would be released from the national computer. I was told I owed a $10 admin fee, and then I would be released from the national computer. I’ve done all of that and as of today I’m still in their national computer, not allowing me to renew my California drivers license six months of being promised this would handle first of all it’s past the statute ... read more
