HORRIBLE customer services. I came here to exchange a $10 bill for $10 in quarters. I was turned away because I don’t bank here. Well guess what, I never will bank here seeing how they treat people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The Bethany branch is always friendly when i’ve dealt with them.
My work banks here so I have to cash checks here sometimes. Ive always felt like i was treated differently because i didn't have an account with them. It's always a terrible experience.
If you are looking for a good bank, this isn’t it. Look at your options and you will find this one is outdated. You deserve better. Closing this account after 24 years of loyalty.
