I like coming here for the excellent range of Asian products at good prices however one of the Chinese ladies at the checkout constantly yells YES PLEASE, NEXT PLEASE, WOULD YOU LIKE A BOX in a boring repetitive robot voice - she does not realize that not everyone is DEAF and besides that it is just plain RUDE to raise your voice when hardly looking at the person you are talking to...
I’ve visited this location several times, as the store offers a wide range of Asian products. However, my experience yesterday was by far the worst. The cashier demonstrated very poor customer service — she didn’t smile, raise her voice at customer, and communication was poor. I won’t be returning to this branch. It's better to visit Fortitude Valley location, where the service is much better.
