Please beware as this law firm is the worst in Houston. My husband who is a foreign nurse was recommended to see attorney Yuen for immigration issues. First of all attorney Yuen does not know anything about immigration law. We were applying for a green card. He told us my husband who is a nurse can qualify for eb4 visa because waiting period for eb3 (and this is while he was actually looking at the computer and doing research while talking to us) was longer than eb4.
