I just had the worst massage ever at Yuen. My massage therapist was wearing gloves which were too big on her hands and made the massage uncomfortable. She had zero flow and had no clue how to give a massage. One minute she’s at my feet then the next she’s massaging my head and then back to my feet and the Lights didn’t get turned down until the last 15 mins. I also left with oil all over my back. I was offered 20% off. What a joke. I used to love this place. I will not be going back after this experience!

Yuki is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She knows exactly where the pain points are and does an amazing job relieving the tension. She always checks in about the pressure and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the session. Because of my job, my shoulders and legs get tight very often, but after a massage with Yuki I always feel so much lighter and relaxed.
