I used their boarding service for a week. My dog seemed to have been treated nicely. The staff answered any questions and concerns I had. They were all very nice and helpful. Thank you! Definitely recommend!
3 stars is generous considering our experience. The first impression was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating for our pets' stay. It was the pickup that was an issue. Our leash was taken with our pet, and the person that took our pet forgot. No big deal. However, when we asked for it back, it was an argument of whether or not the leash was taken with our pet.
