I'm not doing this anymore! I'm not sure who is responding but if it is a nurse of any kind, u were not there so u don't know. She needed assistance getting on the GURNEY due to aspiration. This has been left to rest for 5 months and then u want to now use ur right to respond. Again u responding and lying about how things went down to save ur ass is Kool. Staff is wonderful, my mom loves this place.
Highly recommend place for people who want to see their loved ones happy and healthy. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Best in city
The website is a lie. This care home does not provide anything for the elderly except for nasty food, a bed, and TV. My mom is now home due to their care giver not having the knowledge to know anything. She is home and I can't fix her. She will not come back due their lack of careThey did not give meds regularly and never called with any issues except to drug her with unnecessary medication that I said no to. Nurse never shows up. Do not send ur loved one here if u love them. And the staff barely speaks English which a huge ... read more
