i just got off the phone with Lucille and have never moved so fast to type a review. I have been dreading making this call for a couple of days. Unfortunately life happens and I needed to call regarding a payment plan. i have a partially paralyzed mouth and other neurological difficulties and the phone is my enemy. From the moment she answered the phone she was kind to me, answered all of my questions and made me feel understood.
I paid (in person) my property tax last March 6, 2024, at this office, and have a wonderful experience being treated nicely and professionally by the Treasurer-Tax Collector staff. A special shout out to Edith who nicely helped me regarding my payment and other issues I have regarding my property tax adjustment. And this is my honest and unbiased review!
