GREAT couple hours of me time. Isaac was amazing & intuitive in what my muscles needed, with great communication/check ins throughout.
So everything was amazing until as we were exiting the pools to leave, my friend slipped on a big puddle of water at the bottom of the steps (the pools are 2 steps up from ground level). She was so unbelievably close to having a major injury, my heart stopped and I felt nauseas after seeing it because of how close she was to hitting her head on the step. I love this place. The hydrotherapy room is so relaxing before a massage I had. Aracceli for my masseuse she gave me a sports massage that I thought was wonderful and she really cared for the parts that I told her were hurting me. She paid special attention to my shoulder and my neck which had injuries. I would definitely go back and I would definitely go to to the same masseuse
My husband booked the body polish, hydrotherapy, Swedish massage, and facial for my birthday. When I came in I was greeted by the desk staff, they explained everything as it was my first spay. The locker rooms and waiting area were routinely checked and serviced. The complimentary snacks and hydration stations around the area were great. The cold pool was not at as cold as I expected, but the ice cave definitely provides that cool down shock experience. I would gift this experience to a friend!
