Had a great experience before my fiance and I get married. We booked the hydrotherapy room for 1 hour (reasonable price) before our 1 hour deep tissue massage. Loved the atmosphere and good customer service. Our massagers were very respectful and had great pressure.
I had a facial appointment at the totem lake location. Front desk staff were friendly and nice. The place is very clean and has a very nice ambience...but the three star rating is for the pricing and what you get for your money...this place is so overpriced even compared to the other upscale, reputable salons/spas in the area....I honestly don't feel that the experience i had today was worth $185 for an hour long facial.
