Unprofessional, As well as staff, and tax preparer, secretary Unprofessional my appointment was canceled because I was last 10 minutes, I have been with the company for 6 years. I tried calling multiple times to inform them I was struck in traffic, no answer let voicemail no return call back, drove 3 hours to files my taxes. this is Unprofessional, beware

Got audited and received no help really. Which is crazy if you’re my tax preparer. I’ve been going here for over 10 years but will not be going back for 2023 taxes. I need a tax preparer who will truly assist when it comes down to dealing with the IRS. Not just filing my taxes getting my money then leave me hanging. If I needed to pay for extra help I would have but lesson learned. Loyalty doesn’t mean anything to some people!
