Unresponsive, unprofessional and liars.
Emailed my tax info over to them, I was then told i would receive a call back that day. I never got a call back so I called back the next day which was Friday around 11:30am, a lady answered the phone I asked what was going on and the lady said "oh we have you on schedule to receive a call about your estimate today at 1pm" so I'm like ok, cool. We both hang up and I never get a call back so I call and call and call, left a voice mail saturday at 11:26am because they claim to be open on Saturday until 3pm and email with no an... read more
