I can’t give it zero stars but I would if I could. Terrible terrible service. They delivered my flooring. My installer came to install it. I came home to the wrong floor. I had ordered gray but brown was put in my home. The owner Mike told me I was responsible because I didn’t check the boxes when they were delivered. No money back. Nothing. Had our carpet installed today. Absolutely the best experience my wife and I could have hoped for. The prices were way less than the big box retailers. Very professional installers. Installation was done in quickly after ordering carpet.
Tried to get a quote from you a couple years ago, set up an appt but nobody showed. I purchased elsewhere. A couple weeks ago I figured I would give you another shot and submitted a request for quote on your website. I never received a response.

We just had new carpet installed in our living room and hallway, and the process from the availability of samples, the free measuring of our home, the ease of purchase, and the absolutely beautiful install was top notch and easy. Before you think that the big box stores are your only option, check out Y's Way Flooring. The prices are competitive, and the process is of having new flooring in your home couldn't be easier.
I had Y's Way install carpeting throughout my entire home. The carpet and installation was very affordable and I was more then pleased with the finished job. The carpeting looks amazing, I love it! The guys were in an out in just a few hours, by the time I got home from work the job was complete and I was a happy woman! If you haven't checked out the Y's Way Showroom in Watertown, you should! Their selection is incredible and the staff are so much fun to work with.
I even like their commercials on wjjo mike is just as easy going in person as he is in his commercials
