I’ve never been this mad with a logistic company, they’re irresponsible of everything… first ETA on my pallet was Wednesday 21st June, and then they told me that the don’t the liftgate to unload my pallet… so the say the new ETA is Monday 26th June, and once again they did tell me the same thing and then the new ETA is either Wednesday 28th/ Thursday 29th but Even today 30th june my pallet isn’t arriving.. and the customer service only told me the new ETA is the next Monday 3rd July… and if i wanted the pallet sooner just pi... read more
Our package was supposed to be delivered on May 22nd… It’s now June 4th and nothing. No update, no nothing. 👎🏻
Cheap now, but then they send all kinds of scammy fees your direction. And since you give them payment info, they automatically charge you. Ship with YRC if you don't have enough stress in your life. I shipped several times, and always have to fight them for days
