Ordered a drum of brake clean. The vendor used YRC for shipping. Brake clean had been sitting in the Columbia warehouse for three weeks with no contact or estimated delivery date. After contacting vendor a few times regarding delivery date of the brake clean finally contacted YRC directly. The drum of brake clean was punctured and sent to hazmat.
