DO NOT USE!!!!! Worst shipping company ever!!! I Was supposed to have my package on 5-15-23 package got unloaded by error at wrong port. They have no clue where my package is and it’s 2 big pallets. They have been at wrong destinations 3 different times and still they have no clue where it’s at.
Horribly slow freight delivery company. 1 pallet picked up on 2/8/23 with an ETA of 2/15/23. Here it is 2/23/23 and still not here. Customer service reps are nice but could care less. They must be used to just brushing off late deliveries inquiries.
Been waiting a month for a shipment. Called and got the run around.
