I went there with my daughter and my mom, first I pay with my cc a keychain for my daughter and everything was ok, then after my mom try to buy 4 keychains for my nieces and the transaction went thru but the terminal print an incomplete transaction, we got a notification about a successful transaction for the bank and then we check in the bank app and the transaction was approved, we show it to the clerk and the manager Ashley but they didn’t help us, at the end we left without keychains and with less money on my moms accoun... read more
I don’t understand why you sell the poor quality toys and the “policy” here is everything is final sale. Aug 02/25 We bought a small dog toy with a pink bow tie on the head. My youngest is literally hugging the toy, and the bow tie popped up itself. The girl said she is not allowed to exchange or refund and manager is now around. As a visitor, it left me with no choices. If you are buying anything in this place, use your discretion.
Super cute store but we didn't have a great experience. We bought two water bottles new in box, but the colours were labelled wrong and we didn't get what we thought we were getting. Then I bought a little pencil holder that was priced at $3.50 but it rang up at $6.90. After I paid, I went to check and every pencil holder was marked at the $3.50.
