Highly recommend Yourhful Solutions. With only a few choices for C02 in Austin, this was the right choice. Holly is not only medically-certified and working on an advanced Nursing degree but friendly and supportive through a gnarly (albeit worthwhile) medical procedure. Also, Dr. Smith was responsive via text when I had questions about the post-care instructions.

I absolutely love this place! I love Dr. Smith, she always has a smile on her face and happy to answer any questions. The front office staff is wonderful and I love, love, love sweet Holly. She makes my skin look and feel beautiful and young again. They are so accommodating with your schedule and everyone is super nice. I had an excellent experience at Youthful Solutions. Dr. Laurette Smith is extremely knowledgeable in female hormone replacement and takes the time to thoroughly educate you, address every concern, and explain the process in detail. She instills a sense of comfort and attentively listens while offering educational resources. I can’t say enough about how refreshing this visit was. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was truly being listened to. Dr. Smith didn’t just rush through the appointment — she took notes, asked thoughtful questions, and made space for me to share what I’ve been going through. That alone made me feel validated in a way I haven’t felt in years of seeking answers.
