We went to drop off suitcases. Staff was very nice.
I trusted these people and I shouldn't have. Don't make the same mistake! The primary service coordinator went back to the office putting words in my mouth and twisted what was said! Due to the fact that I told them I have not made up my mind about the services when asked what I thought. There's been too many cancellations and we have not achieved any goals from the previous meeting. Now they made a bunch of unnecessary drama . Unbelievable! A lawsuit will be happening!
