Worst example of therapeutic care. Complete disregard for what the neuro psychological exam stated and complete avoidance of what the family needed; outright false promises in order to get the parent’s permission to work with the family and then refusal to keep the stated assurances as part of the plan. Changed workers and refused to acknowledge housing and domestic violence survival but stated the parent trying to save the kids was difficult to schedule with. They never answer the phone why do you have a Receptionist is she is never gone answer the phone and screen all the calls who dose that
They are hiring young kids to babysit kids and treat them bad
