Rude staff at the front desk, act like they don’t want to be there . Witnessed staff member speak rudely to another person for no reason. Feel unwelcomed here . Would be a much better place with qualified, respectful, kind and professional workers at the drop in .
I observed a staff member instruct a young individual to be quiet in a rather inappropriate manner. This behavior is quite unprofessional, especially considering that the clientele utilizing services here often have disabilities.
