Yousef initially seemed promising, providing the reassurance my husband needed for his case. However, it quickly became apparent that this was a façade. Communication became nonexistent—no responses to emails, no returned phone calls. The once reassuring presence turned into a ghost. His excuses piled up, eroding any trust we had. I am thoroughly disappointed and will be filing a grievance with the Bar. This experience was an absolute nightmare. I feel robbed and hate that I even have to give ONE star.
