I cannot rate this seller highly enough! I reached out and arranged details through Facebook Marketplace, and throughout the conversation he was very kind and accommodating. Upon meeting him, he was incredibly pleasant and professional towards both myself and my spouse. Jamie helped me find a chair in my budget, that fit my height and build, and saved me over $100 on a new Sayl chair! We had an issue with the arms when my chair came in, but Herman Miller accepted fault and I have new arms coming in soon. Jamie offered to help me install them and also sent me a video if I preferred to do it myself. All in all, a very pleasant experience and next time I need an office chair, I know exactly who I'm going to call.

Jamie is extremely knowledgeable about the latest and greatest in chairs. I wanted to test drive the chairs before making a purchase and not only was he able to help me do that he walked me through all of the features for each chair and helped me select the exact chair I have been looking for.
