I am a Haunted Mansion fan and for years I had my eye on the Haunted Mansion Light Up Chess Set, but each visit I told myself as a grown woman I do not need to buy myself an expensive toy. So I don't even know why but a few weeks ago I decided to look for it on the Disney Store website. And it wasn't there. So I Googled thinking maybe it is only available at the park - only to find out it had been discontinued! Noooooo! Love the two items I ordered that helped me complete a collection. Items were exactly as described. Thank you Kimberly for all communications with me. Look forward to working with this company again. July 2nd 2025, I have purchased more items thru them. And again so happy with everything I ordered. The customer service is so professional and wonderful to work with. Hats off to Kimberly and Kerry. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS.
Easy to order and timely shipping! I was able to get an item that was sold out on Disney’s online store and only available in the parks- thank you for making a great Father’s Day present possible! :)
Placed an order for four mugs on 3/27. Waited and waited. On 5/2 emailed back and forth with Kimberley, who let me know only 3 of the 4 mugs were available, but they could go ahead and ship the 3 they had available, would I like to do that or cancel the order and lose money due to their ridiculous refund policy. I said go ahead and ship the 3! She said no problem they will ship in 24-72 hours. It is now 5/17 and I’ve opened a dispute with PayPal. Please stay away from this “business.”
