I received a very nice belt from Your Tack as a gift but it was too large. I sent it back with the paperwork that came with it and they sent me back the same size again. They do not list a phone number and the one I found doing an internet search went to a voice mail that did not seem like it belonged to this company. I sent a message via their messaging system on their website but never receive a response. I am hesitant to spend the money to ship it back again. Bought a heavy duty work belt a few years ago. It's held up very very nicely, very well made. One of the screws that hold the buckle fell off. I contacted Your Tack & they gladly mailed me a replacement at no cost. They stand behind their products & they are high quality....so why shop any where else for hand made leather goods?
