Your ride driver s are to over booked the one thing and some of them don't even know how to drive and win you call to set up your rides why do they ask what you need to be
I have been late I have been way too early and some of the drivers are real nosey. So yeah and . Not. Reliable and I have one driver ask me why do I keep switching places the driver who ask me that she had red hair I replied that's none of your business and just drive to where I have to be I hope your ride get better service and better drivers not so nosey I got took to worng places this last Sunday Feb 3rd they saying the can not put up after 1030 pm.crazy we. In 2025, Your Ride canceled three of my scheduled trips at the last minute the day before. In 2026, just over two months in, and already two of my scheduled trips have been canceled. I reserve these trips one week out from my appointments. They couldn’t accommodate me because my pick up time fell in the 9 am window that is the busiest for passengers with mobility issues, who take priority. I fully understand their precedence. I had a 1pm pickup for a 2pm appointment. It is now 144 pm and no one has arrived. The call center is not picking up the phone (been waiting over 30 minutes on hold). Rhe made no attempt to contact me and as someone in a wheelchair, this service is a necessity. I believe my ride was canceled without reason because the driver was running behind and it's more convenient to pick up mobile clients instead of the wheelchair requiring one. Discrimination at its best.
This is not a service at all! It's a hinder on most people trying to get to work 🙄. I live 3/4 of a mile from the closest bus stop and I walk on a busy RD Just to get to it. They don't care about the working class citizens. I book trips to work and most of the time they cancel. I have spent a lot of $ on Lyft and Uber just to get to work. Terrible service not recommended for the working class citizens.
