Whoever the lady was that did a call back to the ending number 6230 on December 1st 2025 at 10:55am for 1min and 40sec was very rude. Simply a way you talk to people I tell my children all the time sometimes it's not what you say it's how you say it.. Have a blessed day.

your drivers are rude and entitled acting. I will always vote against a mileage to support you. Also don’t ask for mileage money if you’re going to subsidize businesses (charter schools) by giving them reduced rate rides. you are truly the worst of both worlds

I set up a ride for a whole week just to get to work. They called me 1 hour before I was supposed to be at work to tell me they could not pick me up the first day at my new job. Then the same week on Thursday the same thing happened. I actually missed work because I had no way. There has been 8 canceled appointments with them this month alone and its only the 13th.

Schedule a ride with MTA YOUR RIDE for my Dr appointment on 11/03/2025. I scheduled this ride this past Thursday and they had the nerve to call me yesterday around 3:30 pm and said that they could not accommodate me for my ride. After hanging up I called my doctor to cancel the appointment but they was already closed. It seems like they have no respect for seniors on getting them to their appointments. I normally don't like taking this service but I have no other way because of transportation issues with my own vehicle. This... read more
