They are ALWAYS LATE OR just NEVER SHOW UP then say you were the NO SHOW WHEN ITS MTA YOUR RIDE THATS A NO SHOW!! PLUS IVE BEEN GETTING RIDES NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY CAN'T SCHEDULE NOTHING. EITHER ITS THEM ONLY TAKING RIDES FROM GREAT TIPPERS OR HANDICAP OR YOU PAY 50/60 FOR ALL MONTH N STILL WONT GET A RIDE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. I'D RATHER LYFT OR UBER FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT BECAUSE MTA YOUR RIDE ISN'T RELIABLE AT ALL. REVIEW FROM K.B. BEACHES

Your ride never answer the phone when you call to set up a your ride they just keep sending you to voicemail you can literally call for hours and not get through

Got an AMAZING DRIVER today, she picked me up from Harmony Baptist today after service, Miss Vanessa, I asked her name because she really had an excellent personality and was so so kind. This woman should get a raise, not many out there like her, also Miss Amber ✌️🩵

2nd time noone showed up to take me home. Sometimes I’ll book a ride and they tell me I didn’t book for that day and I know for sure I did. Changed picked up time at the last minute. Other than that drivers are respectful and friendly.
