Driver name John took me to doctor but he kept going in circles most of their drivers get loss.
Spoke to an older women on the phone today, she was absolutely the rudest for no reason. On top of that she refused to schedule me a I was booking 2 days ahead of time because it was past 3. But last time I spoke to someone they said I could book after 2 as long as it wasn't the day before. And last week they canceled my ride home and I had no idea. I got stuck at my appointment. Unreliable and unprofessional

Worst company ever invented in the entire world, I missed a very important event they claim that they showed up and they never did, I have no clue how they sleep at night
