Just finished a 6 session weight loss program with David, was very sceptical about Hypnosis before. Over the sessions we have worked on my relationship with food and eating habits. I have lost a stone so far and am looking at food now as a fuel not something that controls me. Big thanks to David for all your help much appreciated. I would 100% recommend him .
I met David for 3 sessions and after those sessions I felt a lot better. I found the sessions really useful - to have him as an independent and objective soundboard, but also the relaxing nature of the sessions. They definitely helped me deal with the issue. Thank you.
Fantastic service, I needed to stop my 40/50 per day cigarette habit and had tried every way to stop. I had one session and it stopped my smoking habit with no want for another smoke. I highly recommend David for his hypnotherapy. I’ve already recommended him to my partner and he is also using hypnotherapy and the difference it’s made to him is fab.
I was addicted to chocolate/sugary foods like cakes biscuits sweets and the weight was creeping on. Have tried diets and have lost weight only to put it back on again. Now I struggle with fibromyalgia so exercising is exhausting so I thought I’d try something different. After 6 sessions I can honestly say I no longer binge on chocolates and cakes and can eat normally. No more picking on foods I don’t need. Am eating only my meals and I now know when I’m full.
