I have known owners Norma and Donna for several years and the work they do is incredible! Although I have not personally been to their center, I have received services from them at retreats they participate in across the country. They place a great deal of consciousness, caring, joy and of course, years of experience into everything they do and have helped me tremendously. I hope to one day visit their place in Jamaica to learn, grow and heal in a more profound way. I highly recommend them!
I cannot say enough great things about the wellness center and of course my massages! Norma is a fantastic practitioner and really is getting to the root of my issues. The energy here is fantastic! I highly recommend coming here.

Donna was kind enough to give me a tour and even a little sample of sound therapy at the start of my massage. I’m already booked for my first reiki session because I’m obsessed. Go see them!
I saw Norma for a 90 minute massage today. Her strong, gentle presence is very comforting and her intuitive hands are full of healing. She is as thorough as she is kind and I really can’t recommend her enough.💚
I just went to a soundbath with cacao at Your Phoenix is Rising and it was spectacular. I felt like I was in a forest in the middle of a dessert with all kinds of animals around. It’s really something special when you can do all that they did with instruments and they were both so in sync. Great to check out! You’ll love it
