Horrible!! Don’t spend your money there expecting to receive furniture in a timely manner. Also, do not expect any communication during that time. We ordered furniture in December, (which we paid in full) we are almost in April and we still haven’t received ANYTHING! We ordered 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella, said to be completed in 6-8 weeks, 11 weeks later when I request a refund, I am told that they are allotted 20 weeks for completion and I can not have a refund. Came here after visiting a number of stores around Miami. Far and away the best customer service and highest quality selection, it’s all 5 star hotel quality and designed and made locally. Worked with Diego who was amazing. Diego was phenomenal in helping us select our outdoor pieces and kept great communication. We were able to get all our furniture before the holidays! I highly recommend coming to Your Patio!!
Purchased some balcony furniture from the Miami store and was assisted by Diego. Diego went above and beyond to make the purchase and delivery as easy as possible!
I am loving my new patio furniture! I highly recommend seeing Diego from the new Pinecrest location; informed, through and welcoming. I also love that the furniture is made locally with incredibly high standard of materials which are a must in the South Florida.
