I definitely felt a shift in my energy after just my first session. I felt much lighter and joyful like a fog had been lifted. My cognition was much better at work the next day and even though my sleep was a little off the following night, I was able to nap in the afternoon (sleeping during the day is usually impossible for me). I feel more hopeful than I have in a long time. Thank you, Susan!

I've never been to a healer or life coach and didn't know what to expect. She immediately put me at ease. Susan has such a kind, empathetic way of communicating. She really took the time to get to know me. I laughed, cried, released emotions, etc. It was a journey! I can't wait for my next session. Susan has made such a positive and profound change in my life. I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for most of my life. I feel like a whole new person when I leave her office.
