I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience and would encourage others to proceed with caution. My tax return was filed with the CRA before I was given the opportunity to review it. When I eventually received a copy, I identified several errors, including an incorrect residency status, incorrect income amount, and incorrect marital status. We have gotten Audrey to do our tax return for a few years. Unfortunately - I will never use her again. She made a huge mistake on our tax return for 2023 and now I am owing a significant amount of money back to the gov. I had trusted her and now because of this my family is in severe financial hardship due to this mistake. HOW does someone forget to put an income on a tax return?? My husband and I are completely ignorant to tax returns and didn't think to question anything. Lesson learned.

I just moved to St Thomas a few months ago and had Audrey file my taxes this year for the first time and have definitely found my go to for years to come! She was very friendly, professional, fast and lovely to work with.
