Charlotte and Jane make a fantastic team and have been very supportive throughout the highs and lows of buying our first house (after multiple failed attempts). They were very patient with us and helped guide us through the process. They’re very approachable, responsive and efficient! Not only do they offer an NHS discount but they are well informed on NHS contracts and payslips (unlike many other advisors). We would highly recommend their services and are grateful for all their help 😊

Not to mention their unfailing good spirits, cheerfulness and sense of humour. Couldn't recommend them highlight enough!
My experience of The Mortgage Room was extremely positive. As with most purchases, there were several hiccups in the proceedings but they were always available, particularly the 'lovely Jane' to step in to ensure everything progressed as it should.
